Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform — this is a legal agreement between you and rune88.

Introduction and Acceptance

This document ("Terms and Conditions") sets out the terms for using the rune88 platform and all its services. By registering with or using rune88, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested to stop using this platform.

By registering on this platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement under these terms and conditions.

Definitions

"User" or "You" refers to the person who has registered with or is using this platform.
"Account" refers to the user's personal registered account.
"Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in the account.
"Bonus" refers to any promotional or reward funds provided by rune88.

Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account with rune88 and enjoy any service on the platform:

Online gaming must be legal in the country where you reside.
You must be a real individual and accounts cannot be opened on behalf of a corporate entity.
Only one account per person is allowed — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. rune88 reserves the right to immediately close your account if false or misleading information is provided, and any funds in the account may be forfeited in such cases.

Identity Verification (KYC)

rune88 reserves the right to carry out an identity verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Deposits or withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. rune88 will not be held responsible if your credentials fall into the hands of a third party.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

The following accepted payment methods must be used to deposit funds into rune88: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). If a maximum deposit limit applies for any method, it will be communicated separately.

Minimum deposit: ৳300 per method.
Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
Deposit funds must come from legitimate personal sources only.
Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

Before a withdrawal request is processed, your account verification must be complete. The key terms for withdrawals are as follows:

Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
To withdraw a balance that includes a bonus, the associated wagering requirement must be met.
Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be placed on hold.

Anti-Money Laundering

rune88 strictly follows Anti-Money Laundering policies. We reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities and suspend the associated account in cases of suspicious transactions.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members at rune88 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the account total to ৳2,200; depositing ৳26,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager (1,200 × 20) = ৳24,000.

General Bonus Terms

Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
A bonus may apply to specific games — the detailed terms for each offer will be stated separately.
If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
rune88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.

VIP Program

The rune88 VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Users are promoted to higher tiers based on their volume and regularity of play. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rune88 platform and, if detected, will result in permanent account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

Technical Abuse

Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform vulnerabilities.
Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's servers.
Attempting to access from restricted regions using a VPN or proxy.

Financial Abuse

Fraudulent activity through chargebacks or payment disputes.
Abusing the bonus system through multiple accounts.
Strategically fulfilling wagering requirements through low-risk betting.
Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

Social Abuse

Inappropriate or threatening behavior toward other users.
Misconduct or harassment toward the support team.
Spreading false information about the platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the rune88 platform — logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the property of rune88 or its licensed partners and is protected by intellectual property law.

Copying, distributing, or modifying content beyond personal and non-commercial use is prohibited.
rune88 brand elements may not be used in third-party work without permission.
Reverse engineering or decompiling the software is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability

rune88 makes every effort to keep the platform running at all times, but temporary interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. rune88 is not liable for any financial loss a user may incur as a result of such interruptions.

Gaming Losses

Online gaming and betting carry a risk of financial loss. The user voluntarily accepts this risk and rune88 cannot be held responsible for financial losses resulting from gaming.

Third-Party Software

Game content is provided by third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others. rune88's direct liability for technical errors or failures in their games is limited.

Compensation Cap

In any circumstance, rune88's liability for compensation will not extend beyond the total amount of the transaction in question. rune88 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Responsible Gaming
